Flagship studio

Household Ledger Studio

Eight weeks for a principal plus one observer. You leave with a filed household grid, a review-month calendar, and fee sentences you have said out loud at least twice.

Working session with notebooks and coffee on a meeting table

Learning outcomes

  • One shared household picture that names contribution, spending, and ‘silent’ months
  • A written rule for which software export is allowed to win an argument
  • A twelve-sentence fee rehearsal tied to your actual brochure, not a generic script
  • A pause-week experiment you can describe to staff without slides

Informational fee

AUD 2,850 per seat cycle

No payment is taken on this website. Seats are confirmed by email after scope. GST extra where applicable. See fee notes and refunds.

Modules

M1

Bring the three Julys

You arrive with portal, spreadsheet, and the story you tell in reviews. We put them on one wall.

M2

Name the silent month

Every practice has a month it treats as noise. We write it into the grid so it stops being a surprise.

M3

Super as a column, not a sermon

Sequencing language for conversations, without product selection. See also the sequencing note.

M4

Fee sentences

You say the fee out loud. We cut the preamble. Cards go home with you.

M5

Pause week

No live room. The office must use the grid once. If they cannot, we discuss why before M6.

M6

Trust and entity fog

What belongs on the household page versus the accountant’s pack. Not legal drafting.

M7

Deputy hour

Someone who is not the principal walks the grid. Gaps get named without theatre.

M8

Hand-back

Recorded walkthrough of your artefacts. We list what this studio did not fix.

Priya Lang

Priya spent a decade inside Queensland advice offices before running Siteflowgrid studios. She marks artefacts, not personality. She will not discuss fund menus in class.

Questions we hear before week one

Is this licensed financial product advice?

No. It is business consulting education. Your AFSL remains responsible for advice documents and product decisions. That is a real limitation: if you needed a statement of advice rewritten, this studio will not do it.

Can two partners share one seat?

One named seat plus one quiet observer is included. A second speaking seat is a second fee. We learned that ‘sharing’ usually means neither person files the homework.

What if our software is unusual?

Bring exports anyway. The grid is paper-first. We will not migrate you between platforms.

From people who sat in this studio

“Module two’s silent-month column was the only artefact our paraplanner still had on the pinboard in November.”

Owen K., senior paraplanner, Mackay

Priya talks quickly. I missed a boundary in M3 and had to rewind the recording. The grid was still clearer than what we walked in with.
